What is Climate Change? Our Earth's normal weather patterns are changing. Think of it like Earth having a fever - it's getting warmer than it should be.
People's Activities: Since the 1800s, we've been burning lots of gas, oil, and coal to power our cars, homes, and factories. This creates invisible gases that wrap around Earth like a warm blanket, making everything hotter. Nature's Part: Sometimes nature causes changes too, like when volcanoes erupt or the sun's heat changes.
Everyone can help make Earth healthier. In the video Bill Nye, the Science Guy, explains what causes climate change, how it affects our planet, why we need to act promptly to mitigate its effects, and how each of us can contribute to a solution.
Together, we can help keep our Earth cool and safe for everyone.
