SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROJECT NEAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF LOUISIANA SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE

Roubion Roads and Streets, LLC has substantially completed the Safe Routes to School project near the International School of Louisiana.

The project improves children’s access to school campuses and encourages healthy lifestyle habits such as walking and biking. A cost share project between the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and the City of New Orleans, Department of Public Works, minor landscaping work remains. Construction crews are scheduled to remove one mulberry on Camp St, sodding on Euterpe St. and in November, during the regular tree-planting season, planting four new Chinese Pistache Trees on Euterpe St.
