Construction of New Joe Brown Park Bridge to Improve Traffic Circulation

Boh Bros. Construction, LLC crews are scheduled to begin construction of a new two-lane flat span vehicular bridge at Joe Brown Park this spring. The new bridge replaces a similar bridge, which had deteriorated over time and lived past its design life.

 

The new bridge was designed by Infinity Engineering Consultants and will go over the park’s north lagoon. Construction is scheduled to begin this spring and will be completed this fall.

 

New bridge construction will help improve traffic circulation at Joe Brown Park, which is run by NORDC and hosts numerous club and high school sporting events, summer camps and festivals.
