Email liveentertainment@nola.gov to link you One Stop account to your active LVEN license.**
All live entertainment licenses are to be filed online by April 1st. Late filing fees begin on April 6th. All Live Entertainment Licenses Expire on May 31st of each year.
The following items are required ONLY if changes have occurred:
Executed copy of your lease - NOTE: the lease or management agreement must be between the landowner and business.
Site & Floor Plan - A floor plan/layout of the entire area that the business will utilize. The plan should include the following information: a. room labels b. measurements of all rooms, c. property lines, d. doors, e. windows, f. preparation areas and equipment, g. restrooms, h. stages, i. emergency exits j. location of exterior & interior security cameras.
Acknowledgment of Bar Use Standards or Acknowledgment of Restaurant Use Standards (if classifed as a bar or restaurant)
A security / operation plan with the following information: a. Provide the name and address of the business in question. b. Provide the contact info for the manager of the facility. c. Describe security provided by the business at the location. d. Describe hours of operation of the facility. e. Describe how customers book, order and pay for services. f. Describe how management deals with unruly customers. g. Provide a site plan and floor plan identifying the location of security cameras. h. Provide information regarding trash removal and disposal. i. Provide information regarding staffing of the facility.
