Live Entertainment Renewal Applications Are Renewed Online on the One Stop Shop website.

 

**To renew online, your One Stop account must be linked to the license.**

Email liveentertainment@nola.gov to link you One Stop account to your active LVEN license.**

Deadlines

All live entertainment licesnes are to be filed online by April 1st. Late filing fees begin on April 6th. All Live Entertainment Licenses Expire on May 31st of each year.

Renewal Fees, in accordance with Chapter 14-310 of City Code:

 

Gross Sales Non-Profit For Profit
$0 - $10,000 $125 $250
$10,001-$50,000 $250 $500
Over $50K $375 $750

 

Late Fees: The delinquency penalty shall be 25 percent over and above the regular fee, beginning five days after April 1, if the failure to pay is for not more than 30 days. There shall be an additional five percent penalty for each additional 30 days or fraction thereof during which the failure continues.

Attach the following documents to your One Stop App web application:

  1. Live Entertainment Renewal Application 

The following items are required ONLY if changes have occurred:

  • Executed copy of your lease - The lease OR management agreement must be between the landowner and LVEN license holder.
  • Site / Floor Plan - A Site / floor plan of the entire area that the business utilizes with clear room labels and measurements of all rooms, attached and unattached buildings, property lines, doors, windows, patios, holding bars, stages, tables, seating/chair arrangements, food preparation areas and equipment, restrooms, amusement devices, emergency exits and lighting locations, back of house operations, and any other related features. 
  • Bar Use Standards form OR Restaurant Use Standards form.
  • Litter Abatement Checklist approved by the Department of Sanitation.
