If you were eligible for the August 14, 2023 NSTR Lottery Special Exception process,
please see below message from the City Planning Commission.
The CPC will accept Affirmative Request forms until 11:59 p.m. on the day preceding the subsequent lottery. The CPC will consider complete applications, which include a NPP report, criteria response letters, and paid application fee, on a rolling basis. The CPC will process and transmit complete applications for a square in the order in which they are received, regardless of which application cycle the property applied in. The CPC will draft a report and transmit it to City Council for action.
Please submit your Special Exception Applications to the City Planning Commission via the email on your application by 11:59pm on June 30, 2024. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If you have any questions, please direct them to str.specialexception@nola.gov.
