Short Term Rental Platform Verification

Today, August 1, 2025 is the first day of the platform verification requirement. All platforms will be verifying listings against the City's database to determine if a short term rental listing is legitimate prior to activating on the respective platform. If your STR License is expired with no renewal application on file, your listing will not be activated. 

Please ensure your listing information matches what is on your STR Placard exactly. You can find your STR placard in your One Stop App account under your STR License documents. If the information you provide to the platforms is correct and you are still receiving error messages, please contact Customer Service for the respective platforms.
