Home » Short Term Rental Administration » Announcements » The Final List For The July 1 NSTR Lottery Is Ready For Distribution.
July 1, 2024 | From City of New Orleans
Attached to this email is the final list of properties that will participate in the Lottery that will take place on Monday, July 1 at 11am. The Lottery is open to the public & will be livestreamed through the New Orleans City Council YouTube Channel or this link.
The attached list displays the Square ID number, the application Reference Code and the corresponding bingo ball number for your application. You can find your reference code in the email you received following the successful submission of your NSTR application.
If you do not see your reference code on this list, your application may be the only application on the square, have a Bed & Breakfast on the square, (these two options are still under review) or it has been denied. You would have already received an email if your application was denied for the Lottery. All Denials Are Final.
A few reminders for the lottery:
Thank you all for your patience & participation.
