How to Register

Online Registration

1. Log in to the OneStopApp portal.
2. Select "Apply."
3. Choose "Healthy Homes" from the options.
4. Complete the digital application following all instructions for all rental dwelling units.
5. Your application will be processed by the Department of Safety and Permits.

In-Person Option

For those unable to access OneStop, applicants may register in-person at 1340 Poydras St, Suite 800, during normal business hours.

Registration Required

Registration for a Healthy Homes Certificate of Compliance is required for all rental properties, including short-term rentals. It is a violation of City Code to permit occupation of a rental housing unit in Orleans Parish without a valid Healthy Homes Certificate of Compliance.
