The Blue & Green Corridors project is located in Gentilly between Bayou St. John and Ponchartrain Park. The additional uses envisioned for the neutral grounds and streetscape include multimodal transportation connections, canals for rainfall storage, green infrastructure, and public meeting spaces. The project will introduce a comprehensive rethinking of streetscapes to incorporate rainfall management with symbiotic community benefits.
