New regulations have recently been adopted that apply NPP Neighborhood Participation Program requirements to text amendment, overlay district, institutional master plan (and amendments), conditional use amendments, and interim zoning districts applications.

August 17th Design Advisory Committee Meeting

The August 17, 2022 Design Advisory Committee meeting includes review of design review 025/22 for the proposed Village at English Turn project located at 5000 English Turn Parkway. August 9th CPC Public Hearing Cancelled

The August 9th City Planning Commission meeting has been cancelled due to a lack of quorum.  All items on the August 9th meeting agenda will be automatically rescheduled for the Commission's August 23rd public hearing.

No Granicus Livestream Available for 6/28 CPC Hearing

Due to technical issues with Granicus, the CPC is unable to livestream its June 28th public hearing.  The meeting will be recorded on public broadcast and posted on the CPC's Granicus site at a later date.

Beginning Monday, March 21, 2022, all Neighborhood Participation Program (NPP) contact lists issued by the City Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustments staff shall be for IN-PERSON NPP meetings.
