The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) provides loans of up to $1 million for the development of catalytic commercial projects that address site specific slum and blight conditions, or benefit Low to Moderate Income Areas, on commercial corridors throughout New Orleans. This program has DBE requirements.
