If you are experiencing difficulties in the BRASS Supplier Portal such as issues resetting your password or uploading an invoice, or problems making changes to any information on you supplier account, you have come to the right place.
Please complete this form to submit your request for assistance to the Office of Procurement.
You must complete all of the required fields to submit your request and to ensure you are providing sufficient information to allow for a timely response.
Know that if the Office of Procurement deems it necessary to schedule a call/meeting with you to address your inquiry, a representative will contact you to arrange a call/meeting. Such calls will occur Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9am and 12pm.
