Errors Uploading Documents

The most frequent cause of errors uploading documents is exceeding the number of megabytes allowed at one time. You can upload up to 25 megabytes of files at one time. If the files you would like to upload exceed 25 megabytes total, you can attach one or more files totaling less than the limit and click the "Save" button in the web form before attaching additional documents.
