To assist in meeting the City’s DBE participation goals, the DBE Opportunities page serves as an additional communication vehicle for Prime Contractors and the DBE Community.
DBE Opportunities include a listing of City of New Orleans procurement opportunities, links to our partner agencies’ procurement sites and direct solicitations from Prime Contractors bidding on City of New Orleans projects and non-city projects.
Prime Contractors are provided an opportunity to submit subcontracting bid opportunities to the Office of Supplier Diversity to ensure every effort is made to meet DBE utilization goals.
