If you are changing your mailing address, but not the physical location of your business, you can fill out the Bureau of Revenue's mailing address change web form.

If the physical location of the business is changing (including home-based businesses), you can use the Business License application at onestopapp.nola.gov. Please include your current City tax account number in the Description section of the application.
