Note: This service is available to property owners as listed on the Assessor’s Website or parties with a recorded interest in the Land Records Division ONLY. All other parties should send a request via email to RedemptionUnit@nola.gov.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to complete your request. Be aware of the expiration date of the calculation stated in the document for redemption payment remittance. Tax sales have an 18-month or 3-year redemption period and Sale of Adjudicated Property (SOAP) sales have an AUCTION DATE. Redemption payoff amounts due are NOT given by phone.
