Public Service Commission (PSC) and Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) certified bus companies are eligible for a special charter CPNC. Licensed ICC and PSC companies must be in full compliance with all relevant rules, regulations and requirements to operate in the City of New Orleans. Please refer to New Orleans City Code 162-190 for rules governing special charters. In order to ensure the safety of residents and visitors in New Orleans, the City regulates the issuance of special charter licenses.
Valid during time-frame approved on application only.
