• $60 plus $5 per $1000 of demolition cost

Required Document

• Apply online at the One Stop App.
• Recorded Act of Sale, if the property has recently changed ownership
• Executed contract or approved estimate with the scope of the work to be performed (interior demolition work only), costs inclusive with signatures, printed names and titles of both the owner and contractor.  If the property is owned by a business, please provide proof of signatory authority
• Complete floorplan with all dimensions clearly indicated for interior demotion

• Neighborhood Conservation District Committe Review Form
• If there will be a fuel tank located on the property you must obtain a Fuel Tank (Installation or Removal) Permit
• If you are dealing with lead-based paint, make sure you fill out the LEAD_BASED_PAINT_REMOVAL_FORM_SUPPLEMENT_G and review the Guidelines for Dealing with Lead Paint
• Your application may also be subject to review by the Department of Sanitation. In most cases you'll need a plan to dispose of your waste.
• If you are changing your contactor, you must submit a Change of Contractor form to permitinfo@nola.gov
