The City Planning Commission approved the Subdivion Regulations update at its regular meeting on June 25, 2024. In accordance with Section 2-1000 of the City Code, the report containing the updated regulations were transmitted to the City Council on July 23, 2024. The report can be viewed here.
If the City Council does not take action on the Subdivision Regulations update by September 6, 2024, the updated regulations will go into effect on Monday, September 9.
