ORLEANS PARISH REGISTRAR URGES VOTERS TO UPDATE REGISTRATION INFORMATION BEFORE THE MAY 16, 2026, CLOSED PARTY PRIMARY

New Orleans - Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters Lisa Manning Bridges is encouraging all voters to review and update their voter registration information in advance of Louisiana’s Closed Party Primary Election scheduled for May 16, 2026.

Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters Issues Notice on Inactive Voter List; Eligibility Confirmed for March 14 Run-Off

Lisa Manning Bridges, Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters, is advising residents that the Inactive Voter List has been officially published today, February 10, 2026, in the Times-Picayune and on NOLA.com.

PARKING AVAILABLE DAILY AT CITY HALL FOR EARLY VOTERS

The Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters reminds voters interested in early voting of available free parking at all locations, including City Hall. Early Voting will occur Saturday, Nov. 1, to Saturday, Nov. 8, except for Sunday, Nov. 2. The Registrar’s Office has designated free one-our parking at the City Hall location in the 400 and 500 blocks of La Salle Street, as well as the 1300 block of Perdido Street.  Time limits will be enforced.

The Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters today reminds residents interested in early voting during this election cycle of available parking around City Hall. Early Voting is currently underway through Saturday, Oct. 4 at 6 p.m. The Registrar’s Office has designated free one-hour parking available in the 400 and 500 blocks of    La Salle Street, as well as the 1300 block of Perdido Street.

City Hall to Close at 1p.m., Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters Office Remains Open

City Hall will close to the public today beginning at 1 p.m. due to severe traffic expected in the immediate area during the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert series, held at Caesar’s Superdome. City Hall will resume normal business hours on Monday, Oct. 28.
