Property owners with questions about payment errors, missing payments, misapplied payments, and/or property tax refunds, should contact the Tax Research Unit at taxresearchunit@nola.gov or (504) 658-1712.
The 2017-2023 tax rolls are available online and include the base tax amount billed, homestead exemption amount, and other pertinent information that would be included on the tax bill.
The 2020 through 2023 rolls are not in tax bill number order, but you will find the parcel you are looking for by using the Find (Ctrl+F) function and entering the parcel ID/parcel address. Until the 2024 tax rolls are loaded, you may search the historical bills at https://taxbills.nola.gov/.
