Property owners with questions about payment errors, missing payments, misapplied payments, and/or property tax refunds should contact the Tax Research Unit at TaxResearchUnit@nola.gov or (504) 658-1712.

For tax servicers, mortgage companies, banks, and abstractors

The 2017-2025 tax rolls are available online and include the base tax amount billed, homestead exemption amount, and other pertinent information that would be included on the tax bill. 

The 2020 through 2025 rolls are not in tax bill number order, but you will find the parcel you are looking for by using the Find (Ctrl+F) function and entering the parcel ID/parcel address.
