Various types of plans are required for most applications that are reviewed by the City Planning Commission. Plans are reviewed for compliance with the requirements of the Comprehenisve Zoning Ordinance which include considerations involving design and land use. The sample plans below provide examples of the details needed for the CPC to conduct its evaluation. Each sample plan includes a brief description of the purpose of the drawings and a checklist of required details. A comprehensive list of development plan requirements is also linked below.
