Event Support Meetings

The Event Support Team brings together City agencies involved in event production for a monthly meeting with event operators to: 

  • review near and long term scheduled events
  • mitigate operational issues
  • provide counsel to event operators where necessary

Events with an expected attendance greater than 7,000 are required to attend a meeting.
