Section 3 Worker - Employer Certification
- For subrecipients, contractors, and subcontractors working on Section 3 projects to certify their employees' Section 3 or Targeted Section 3 Status (to be submitted with Compliance Reports).
Section 3 Worker Self-Certification
- For eligible individuals seeking to become Section 3 certified in order to receive preference in training and employment on Section 3 projects.
Section 3 Business Certification
- For qualified businesses seeking to become Section 3 certified in order to receive contracting preference on Section 3 projects.

HUD Income Limits
- For 2022, the individual limit to qualify as low-income (80% AMI) in the New Orleans Metropolitan Area is $43,900.
