Required Documents

If you are selling as a part of a fair, festival or other special event, complete the following.

• Occupational License
• Master Event Application
• Supplement A - Special Event Promoter/Vendor

Submit all to the Department of Safety & Permits, 1340 Poydras St, Suite 800

Note: Please view the Special Event Permit requirements for additional information about organizing a fair, festival or other event in the City of New Orleans.
