Public Comments

Written Public Comment will be collected until the day before the meeting at 4:00 p.m. and will be forwarded for review prior to the meeting.  Written comments will NOT be read aloud during the hearing.  Please send written public comments to wcargile@nola.gov

Live Public Comment will be allowed during the public comment period for each application during the public hearing. 

  1. During the public hearing, for each application, the Chairman will ask if there is any public comment for that particular application. 
  2. The chairman will call on speakers one at a time.
  3. Each speaker will have two minutes for public comment.

Copies of DVD recordings of New Orleans and CBD HDLC Commission Meetings may be obtained from the Council Research Division, 1300 Perdido Street, Suite 1E06.
