Historic Landmarks & Districts

A historic district is an area that contains major concentrations of historic resources. The HDLC may also nominate and designate individual structures or sites as landmarks. Designated landmarks are typically of particular historic, architectural or cultural significance.

We encourage you to visit onestopapp.nola.gov to search the City's permitting and licensing database to find out if there are any active approvals which may provide additional information.
