The Office of Youth and Families works passionately to create a New Orleans where every young person and family can thrive. We lead coordinated efforts across City agencies, schools, and neighborhoods to break cycles impairing child wellbeing.

Our initiatives involve generating resources, influencing equitable policymaking, and most importantly, empowering youth and communities to guide solutions. We firmly believe those closest to societal problems hold the wisdom to transform systems.
