Purpose
The Neighborhood Conservation District Advisory Committee advises the City Council relative to applications for permits to demolish existing structures located within the Neighborhood Conservation District.

Composition
Thirteen members.
- Each district council member appoints one member;
- Each councilmember at-large appoints one member;
- The Mayor appoints one member;
- One representative from each of the following city departments: Department of Safety and Permits; Office of Code Enforcement; Historic District Landmarks Commission; City Planning Commission; and Department of Health.
