NOHD recently hosted an event for community partners who contributed to the 2022-2025 New Orleans Community Health Improvement Plan. Event participants heard from Dr. Jennifer Avegno, Health Director, who described the contents of the CHIP, next steps for implementation, and answered any related questions. Participants had an opportunity to engage with partners within their priority area of interest and to meet Health Department staff who will be facilitating CHIP activities.
