Honorary Street Name Study

City Council Motion M-15-444 directed the City Planning Commission to conduct a study and public hearing to amend its Administrative Rules, Policies, & Procedures relative to the creation of an honorary street name change process.  The public hearing was held Tuesday, February 23, 2016 in the City Council Chamber.  The staff analysis and recommendation can be viewed below.
